What exactly is a VPN?

VPN (Virtual Private Network) is basically an intermediary between your device (you) and the internet. When using a VPN, all communication passes through the VPN. This means that all queries, data, etc. do not pass directly to and from your device. Your device is hidden behind this intermediary (VPN). You probably already know why AppBlock uses VPN, but if not - you can read it here.
