Do AppBlock extensions work in incognito mode?

AppBlock browser extensions can work in Incognito (Private) mode. However, this permission needs to be enabled manually in your browser settings.

Follow the steps below:

Chrome extension:
Extensions > Manage extensions > Details > Allow in Incognito Mode

Edge extension:
Extensions > Manage extensions > Details > Allow in Incognito Mode

Brave extension:
Extensions > Manage extensions > Details > Allow in Incognito Mode

Safari extension:
Safari > Preferences > Extensions > AppBlock > Allow in Private Browsing

Important note about the Safari extension:

The Safari browser extension is currently available only for users who had it installed previously.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to download or install the Safari extension on newer macOS versions. Due to system-level changes in macOS, the extension does not work reliably, and this is something we’re not able to fully fix from our side.

We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
