What to do if your Gift code isn’t working?
If your Gift Voucher isn’t working as expected, here are some common issues and how to resolve them:
- The Voucher Has Expired
Gift Vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. If your voucher has expired, unfortunately, it can no longer be redeemed. Make sure to redeem your voucher within the validity period to avoid this issue. - Incorrect Code Entered
Double-check the code you’re entering.
Ensure there are no typos. To avoid errors, we recommend to copy and paste the code directly if it was sent via email.
If the code still doesn’t work, reach out to our support team for assistance.
- You Already Have Premium
If you currently have an active Premium subscription, you won’t be able to redeem the voucher right away. Save the code and redeem it once your existing subscription expires. Remember, the voucher is valid for 2 years, so you have plenty of time! - The Voucher Code Has Already Been Used
Each Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once. If the code shows as already used, confirm with the person who purchased or gifted the voucher to ensure it hasn’t been redeemed on another account.
