Blocking with empty Allowlist doesn’t block everything

This is system behavior. Certain system apps like Phone, Find My, Settings and similar will always be allowed.

In addition, there is “Always Allowed” list in Settings –> Screen Time that can interfere with AppBlock’s Allowlist.
