I bought a premium but it doesn’t work

1) Please ensure you are signed into the same Google Play Account as when you bought AppBlock Premium. You can easily check this by going to the Google Play Store –> your profile picture –> Payments and subscriptions –> Subscriptions. If AppBlock is in the list, then you are signed in correctly. If not, please sign in to the correct account.

2) In case you purchased an all-in-one pack product a few years ago, go to the Troubleshooting section of AppBlock. At the bottom you will find Restore purchases. Enter your Order ID.

3) If none of this helps, clear the Google Play Store cache – usually under settings –> applications –> play store –> storage and cache –> clear storage –> close the settings and reopen the Google Play Store. Close AppBlock (remove it from recent apps) and reopen it.You can also check out our detailed guide on how to restore purchase.

Eventually please try to reinstall AppBlock. In case none of the above helps, please contact our support team and we will have a closer look at the issue.
