What should I do if I am blocked?

First we need to find out what is blocking your access.

  • If only the schedule is blocking you, the easiest solution is to simply change the blocking parameters.
  • If you are in Strict mode, the deactivation condition must be fulfilled first. Currently, we provide 3 deactivation conditions: Charger, PIN code and None(Timer + follow schedules).
  • In case you need to urgently unblock AppBlock, please go to Contact support and select “I need to unlock my device” reason. We will send you a one-time code that will deactivate Strict Mode and delete the PIN code to enter AppBlock in case you set one up.
