What should I do if I am blocked?

What should I do if I’m blocked? First we need to find out what is blocking your access.

1) If only the schedule is blocking you, the easiest solution is to simply change the blocking parameters.

2) If you are in Strict mode, the deactivation condition must be fulfilled first. Currently, we provide 3 deactivation conditions: Charger, PIN code and None.
