Can I pause my schedule?

Yes! You can pause active schedules as long as Strict Mode is not active. This allows you to pause schedules for a selected amount of time or disable them indefinitely.

To pause a schedule, tap the three-dot menu in the Schedules section and select “Pause.” Choose the duration you want the schedule to be paused.

If you want to disable the pause feature entirely, go to AppBlock > More > Settings and turn off the “Enable schedule pause” option.

Please note that schedules locked or blocked by Strict Mode cannot be paused.
