How to make Location Schedule?

Do you want to block apps in certain locations? You can create a location schedule limiting your apps based on your current location.

  • Go to the Blocking tab. In the Schedules section, tap + Add to create a new Schedule.
  • Select the apps and websites you want to block, what is blocked and name your schedule.
  • Select Location as your blocking condition and make sure location permission is granted. (If you have never made a location schedule before, you will now be asked for the missing permissions. Follow the written instructions to grant them).
  • Select the radius of the location you want your apps to be blocked at or use the search in the top right corner to type the address you want to block.
  • Save.
  • Tap Create.

Optional: If you want the location schedule to remain active when location services are unavailable, you may set this in the AppBlock settings, More > Settings > Toggle the switch “When Location unavailable on”.

Note: Schedules are activated automatically after creating them. You do not have to enable them manually after setting them up.

Note: In AppBlock versions 5.X, Schedules are found in the menu on the left > Schedules.
