Why am I being charged again?
If you’ve seen an unexpected charge from AppBlock, here are the most likely explanations.
Your subscription renewed automatically
AppBlock Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Check your subscription status in Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions.
- If you didn’t want to renew, see “How to cancel AppBlock subscription on iPhone” and then “How to request a refund from Apple.”
You have more than one active subscription
It’s possible to end up with duplicate subscriptions — for example, if you purchased AppBlock Premium on a different Apple ID.
- Open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions and check for multiple AppBlock entries.
- Cancel any subscriptions you don’t want to keep.
You were charged after a free trial ended
If you started a free trial and didn’t cancel before it ended, Apple automatically charges for the first subscription period.
Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com — approval is at Apple’s discretion.
The charge is from a family member’s device
If you’re the Family Sharing organizer, purchases made by family members may appear on your payment method.
- Check Family Sharing purchase history in Settings → [Your name] → Family Sharing.
If none of these explain the charge
Contact AppBlock support with the date and amount of the charge. We’ll help you identify what happened.
