Premium

To resolve your issue with AppBlock Premium, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure you are signed in to the same Google Play account used to purchase AppBlock Premium by navigating to the Google Play Store → Your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. If AppBlock is listed, you are signed in to the correct account. Otherwise, switch to the appropriate account. Then, go to the Troubleshooting section in AppBlock and tap “Restore purchases” at the bottom.
  2. If restoring purchases did not resolve the issue, clear the Google Play Store cache by going to Settings → Applications → Play Store → Storage and cache → Clear storage. Close the settings, reopen the Google Play Store, close AppBlock (remove it from recent apps), and reopen it. You can also refer to our detailed guide on how to restore your purchase.
  3. If none of the above works, try reinstalling AppBlock. If the problem persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Yes this is possible! Just make sure you’re signed in with the same Google Play account that you used to purchase the Premium version, and you’ll have access to all premium features on your other Android devices.

Simply download the AppBlock app on your additional devices and log in with your existing account to enjoy your Premium benefits across all of them. If you don’t see the premium features, you may need to restore your purchase by going to AppBlock > Profile > Restore Purchases.

However, if you’re using devices across different platforms (Android and iOS), it’s currently not possible to share the subscription between them. We are working on a multi-platform solution to make this process easier in the future. For more details, please check out our article I have a Premium subscription on Android, how can I make it work on iOS?

We will release a multiplatform solution soon that will allow you to use a single subscription on all platforms so stay tuned!

Yes, the basic version of AppBlock is free! However, it does come with some limitations, such as a restricted number of schedules and no backup option.

If you’re enjoying the app, you might want to consider upgrading to the premium version, which gives you full access to all features. With premium, there are no limitations or ads. You can even try it out for a week with a free trial to see if it fits your needs. For more information and pricing in your region, check out the Premium section within the app.

Have you paid for Premium and it is not working? Following this short guide should resolve your issue.

Step 1: Check that you are using the correct Google Play Account.

  • Go to the Google Play Store.
  • Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Select Payments and subscriptions.
  • Select Subscriptions.

If you do not see AppBlock in the list of active subscriptions, you are signed into the wrong account.

Sign in to the correct Google Play account:

  • Go back to the Google Play Store front page.
  • Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
  • Tap on the arrow on the right, next to your name and email address.
  • Select the account you want to use or select Add another account if you don’t see the account you want to use there.
  • Recheck if AppBlock is in the list of active subscriptions. (Using the instructions in step 1).

If you see AppBlock in the list of active subscriptions, you are using the correct account.

Step 2: Clear the Google Play Store data.

  • Tap and hold the Play Store icon.
  • Tap on app info or the information icon (i). This depends on the device.
  • Select Storage & cache.
  • Clear data.
  • Remove AppBlock from the recent applications.
  • Open Google Play.

Step 3: Go to AppBlock and check that Premium is working. Newly, if Premium is active, you will see My subscription in the tab More.

Note: If it still isn’t working, repeat Step 1 to ensure that clearing the data did not set a different account as the main one.

Note: In earlier versions of AppBlock, settings are found in the left menu.

At the moment, it’s not possible to transfer or share your Premium subscription between Android and iOS devices. Due to platform restrictions, subscriptions purchased on Android can’t be used on iOS, and vice versa.

We understand this may be inconvenient, so we’d like to offer a solution. If you’d like to subscribe to Premium on your iOS device, we can refund the remaining part of your Android subscription, allowing you to purchase a new subscription on iOS.

To proceed, just contact our support team with your GPA order ID for the Android purchase. Once we receive it, we’ll process the refund for the unused portion of your Android subscription so you can purchase Premium on iOS.

We appreciate your understanding and are working on a multi-platform solution to simplify this process in the future. In the meantime, feel free to contact support if you have any questions or need further assistance.

If you’re new to AppBlock and have never subscribed before, you’ll have the option to start a free 7-day trial of the premium version directly in the app. Once the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew to the yearly premium plan unless you cancel within the 7-day trial period.

To cancel your subscription, go to your Google Play Store account: tap your profile image → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions, where you can manage all your active subscriptions. On the 5th day of your trial, you’ll receive a reminder from Google Play letting you know that your free trial is ending in 2 days.
